Bank Hapoalim has adopted the Bank of Israel PSD2 standard, and the first phase has been available since April 2021. This stipulates that licensed service providers, with customer consent, can retrieve data from a customer's bank accounts.
Service providers with an Israeli PSD2 license may use Bank Hapoalim's APIs to retrieve info on its customers.
